Hi Friends,

Ooooh, what a weekend here in the Northeast!  Baby A wasn’t feeling well and we had some terrible weather on Saturday.  Nothing got done that should’ve gotten done, but that’s ok.  We had some snuggle time and were able to relax and not leave the house!  I hope you had a lovely weekend surrounded by those closest to you!

What’s on your agenda for the week?  We’ve got a super busy one with Halloween activities, doctor appointments and birthdays!  Hopefully if you’re super swamped like we are this meal plan will help take some of the stress out of your week!  I really hope your family enjoys these meals as much as mine does!  Please follow me on Pinterest for meal plan recipes by week!

Meal Plan:

Monday – Oh my goodness…this recipe is a keeper!  This Weight Watchers Taco Casserole from Slapdashmom is just sooooo good!  I did a swap of greek yogurt instead of sour cream and it came out awesome!  We ate almost the entire casserole for dinner Monday night!  We had a few Tostitos on the side and it was totally satisfying!

Tuesday – We love, love, love salads…especially Cobb salads!  Check out this Harvest Cobb Salad at Damn Delicious for a great twist on the traditional Cobb!  Honestly anything Damn Delicious does is amazing in my book!

Wednesday –  This Baked Chicken Parmesan from Skinnytaste is unbelievable!  This is one of those recipes where I made just enough for one family meal and wish I made more!  The kids cleaned their plates, we cleaned ours!  It was definitely one of those meals where you feel like you’re #winning!  🙂  Serve it up with some pasta and this roasted broccoli (Baby G had literally 4 servings of the broccoli) and you’ve got a winner of a dinner!

The Best Chicken Parmesan recipe, made a bit healthier! Breaded chicken cutlets are baked, not fried yet the chicken is so moist and full of flavor.

Thursday –  Change it up a bit with this Turkey Sausage and Bell Peppers from kitchme.  There was a lot of chicken going on this week so for a little variety I added this recipe.  Yummy as is, or on a nice bakery roll!  This is one of those comes together quick and tastes great recipes that you will have again and again!

Friday – Pizza from our favorite local pizza place! Or try this grilled pizza recipe!
