Hi Friends,

I’ve taken a little time off, but I am back and ready to share some GREAT meal plans!  It is fall and that means busting out the sweaters and some cozy comfort dishes!  With Baby A in school now I really need to make sure I’m on the ball with meal planning – breakfast, lunch and EASY PEASY dinners.  Going forward, I will post these meal plans on Sunday for you to enjoy!

Meal Plan:

Monday –  Spaghetti Squash with Super Thick Bolognese from Rachael Ray.  Have you tried spaghetti squash?  If you have not this is the recipe to start with my friends.  The fall flavors of this dish are absolutely amazing…the pancetta and cheese melt together to make this absolutely tasty and satisfying dish.  You won’t miss the carbs…at all!  A big thank you to my mom for introducing me to this recipe years ago!

TuesdayTurkey Sausage and Bell Peppers from kitchme.com.  This is a lightened up version of traditional sausage and peppers and is super tasty.  I found chicken sausage with kale from our grocery store and it packed a flavor punch!  Serve this on a sub roll along with roasted potatoes for a quick and tasty meal.  SO GOOD and Baby G absolutely loves it!Turkey Sausage and Bell Peppers Weight Watchers Style

WednesdayTurkey Taco Burrito Bowls from Together As a Family.  Goodness does my family love a good Mexican dish.  For real, it is literally everything we love wrapped together in one meal!  A fully yummy, healthy dish that your family will love as well!

Turkey Taco Burrito Bowls are a family favorite meal! Let everyone build their own bowl for a fun do it yourself dinner. Turkey taco meat simmers on the stove top to make these burrito bowls so flavorful and a quick, 30 minute dinner that everyone will love. Add on all of your favorite taco toppings for a fun and delicious dinner. 

Thursday –  Creamy Garlic Herb Chicken from Lodge Cast Iron.  Craving a creamy, hearty dish?  Wondering what to cook in that cast iron pan?  Here is a yummy comfort food that will fit that craving!  Serve with some pasta and a my roasted broccoli recipe and you are good to go!

Friday – Looking for a new take on an old favorite?  Try this cauliflower crust pizza from tastykitchen.com.  I’ve been into all things cauliflower lately and this recipe is no exception!
